When I rebooted I changed my phone password. So I hung up on him & did a hard shut down on my phone. Fortunately, shortly after, that Little voice that alerts us when something is just not right told me the guy wasn’t a rep of Gmail and to STOP. AND 😡😡 (angry at myself) I gave the guy permission to get into my phone. Realized later it wasn’t, but had already downloaded the app. While searching for the phone number so I could have assistance I came across a number that said was googles number. here’s the deal: I am unable to get into one of my Gmail accounts. Unfortunately, I cannot leave a decent rating because of what happened to me.
